4th Annual AIDS Orphans Serengeti Safari

Abundant Life Summit

4th Annual AIDS Orphans Serengeti Safari, January, 2007

Each year, GRA takes a different group of 15 AIDS orphans enrolled in the Lea Mtoto program operated by Foundation HELP, Tanzania on a 3 day safari to Serengeti National Park. There we spend several fun days singing, playing and viewing lions, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, impala, hippos, wildebeest and perhaps a cheetah or leopard if luck has it. All though these children live within a day's travel of Serengeti National Park, most have never seen the rich and unique array of wildlife that is their national heritage. This is an exciting adventure for the kids and a great opportunity for us to get to know some of the children in the GRA funded Lea Mtoto program better.
